Dry Hopped Baby Bock. An all-American bull of a bock, a malt-forward lager style that we’ve pumped full of hop muscle! In collaboration with the guys from Craft Beer Co. to celebrate our week-long Tap Takeover of Craft Beer Co. Covent Garden, we brewed this malty lager-style with an arrogant amount of hops, which give the beer a big bitterness to contrast the biscuity malt and a pungent aroma. A light body, a toasty malt base and a load of hops that will lay a smackdown to your senses with big floral, spicy, citrus flavours! The People’s Champion of Beer!

October 2016 - Keg at CBC Islington, as ’Tiny Rebel Can You Smell What The Bock Is Cookin’?’. Dark golden yellow, clear and still, foamy white head. Aroma is vibrant fruits – papaya, grapefruit, pine and caramel. Smells like a big IPA. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is grapefruit, straw, grassy finish. A very good hoppy, vibrant beer. I mean it’s not really ’lagery’, but it’s one of the best ’lagers’ I’ve ever tasted. (3.8)

Keg at CBC Covent Garden. It pours a clean orange color with a large off white head. Aroma is tangy hoppy crispy with notes of tangerine orange peel melon biscuit and pine cones. Taste is also quite tangy and crispy with notes of melon tangerine orange peel and grass. Light dank. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, very nice

Keg at Craft Clerko. It pours amber with a medium white head. The aroma is rich malty character, bitter - sweet, brown bread, cereal, leather, caramel digestive biscuits and light sulphurous vibe. The taste is rich, bitter - sweet, quite spicy, brown bread, muffin, cake, caramel, pithy citrus, cereal, toasty grain, resin, alcohol and biscuit with a lingering dry, spicy finish. Not quite sure what this is. Pretty OK, excluding the light sulphur aspect.

On tap at Craft Covent Garden. Hazy cloudy orange deep gold thin off white head. Yes i mean its not a traditional bock. Very fruity hoppy. Easy drinking though. And the wrong abv. As a bock it fails as its not a bock. As a beer its quite interesting. Good hop and some peanut butter flavour. No idea what this is so i am rating on my enjoyment of the beer. I like peanut butter.

[email protected]&K, London - golden pour with white head. Fruity and malty, some citrus tropical fruity notes of lemon, grapefruit, straw, light malty, is this really a bock? Is drinking like a sipa, but pretty decent nonetheless.
