BOOM! Explosively sour, Cherry Bomb is packed full of sweet cherries that round off this modern take on a kriek. The sourness detonates on your tongue in an explosion barely contained by your cheeks, before the rich flavour of cherry kicks in as the dust settles.

Keg at the Craft Beer Co Limehouse. It pours a bright ruby color with a small pink head. Aroma is sweet cherries, light tart red berries skin, lemon peel, verbena. Taste is intense sour cherries, strong cherry candy sweetness and a light tart Citric lemon juice finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, too sweet and sour for me

[email protected] Red quite clear. Super red berry intense, slight sour, dark nose. Cherries, homemade red wine, light yeastyness. Med bodied, tartness. Red berries. Bit floury yeasty. Intense. Not that good tho.

Keg at CBC Clerko, 14/02/17. Cherry red with a well appointed crimson cap. Nose carries cherry skins, cherry cough drops, Bakewell tart, straw. Taste comprises tangy cherries, much the same as the nose, sweet sugary licks allied to a bitter verging on sour schmack. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a gentle puckering conclusion. Ok for a fruit beer I guess .... kind of on the way to a sour but failing to reach it!

Reddish, tightish head. First sniff - lovely cherry, nice sourness. Second sniff was dodgy, solventy. Third and forth were great again - mellow cherry. Palate is harshly sour, with an almost salty bite. Very kettle-soured feel, lots of lemon juice. Some solvents and banana esters in the finish. A bit dodgy.

On tap at the 2017 Manchester Beer Festival. Reddish orange pour with a light pink head. Cherries, redcurrants and strawberries in the nose. Sour cherry and under ripe strawberry flavour. Not too bad.

Draft - Sweet Cherry, not quite maraschino, but close. Dee reddish brown with a rich white head. Acidity up front, cherry syrup and a dry acidic cherry finish. Acidity up front is all consuming and taste isnt very complex.
