Cask conditioned handpump Southampton Arms London 30/10/12. A golden coloured beer with a white bubbly head. A lightly hoppy nose which is quite restrained really. Grapefruit notes in the mouth. Decent sharpish bitterness. A pretty good tasty beer.
Pint of keg at the Saracen's in Hertford. Exceptionally lively pour and it looked good in the glass. Despite the pour the beer wasn't overly carbonated and the hops gave a nice jagged sensation in the mouth. There was a pleasant sharpness and this was a very enjoyable beer. anfractuosity (456) - - OCT 16, 2017

Cask Hanging Bat. Pours gold, big creamy head. Soft biscuit aroma. Dry taste, crisp but it faded quite quickly. Ok. larsga (7657) - Oslo, NORWAY - AUG 18, 2017
Big white head. Clear coppery body with carbonation. Turns muddy when the dregs are poured in. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with raisiny floral notes. Dryish tropical fruit and wine grape taste with spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, fluffy mouthfeel. Dryish floral wooden aftertaste with resiny notes. Decent, but a bit watery, and better without the dregs. (0.33l bottle, not sure where from.) adamnase (906) - Kronoby, FINLAND - AUG 10, 2017

Cloudy golden body with a creamy, off-white, long-lived head. Moderate aroma of sweet tropical fruits, pale malts and orange. Quite strong flavour of grapefruit and generic fruity notes (the tropical fruits are almost completely gone), pine and grass, with caramel in the back. Light sweet and moderate bitter taste. Fairly long finish. Light and dry on the palate, lively carbonation. Nice-ish.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. Pour light orange gold with a fluffy white head. It makes an impressive job of looking like a robust IPA. The aroma does nothing to dissuade you from thinking this is an IPA. There’s sweet orange and barley sugars. A mild earthiness and a light floral, almost piney note that builds to slowly take over. The taste gives more prominence to the earthy bitterness over the sweet malt and light floral blossom. Now it’s starting to feel more like a Pale Ale. the gentle to moderate fizz with the light to medium body feels nice and traditional and smooth drinking. This Pale Ale that has a traditional easy drinking quality blended with a modern hop-forward nose. ruigo (3080) - PORTUGAL - JUL 20, 2017

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with good sized white head. Subtle aromas of malts and floral hops. Taste is a little disappointing. No real distinct flavours, malty, subtle boozy note, lacking hops.
