COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Maori Pale Ale came together after months of experimentation with a very unique hop Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Strong grape flavours are complimented by the sweet Munich malt, makings this beer crisp and refreshing.

Bottle. Nose is herbal, grassy, melon, grape, light tropical. Taste is malt, grassy, herbal body leading to a spicy peppery finish. Gentle tropical notes and lots of melon and grape. Really nice, balanced beer.

Murky yellow to golden, moderate white head. Strawberry toothpaste and grapes aroma, malts. Sweet with a light sour note. Thick texture, sweet light finish, very interesting.

0,1l from tap shared with iznogud. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells peppery, spices, light hops, light herbs. average smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes light herbal, resin, light toasty, hints of exotic fruits. finishes rather balanced with a very light bitterness and notes of resin and some herbs. decent one, but very lightly flavoured. overall still enjoyable.

My Bottom Line:
Pineapples, lychees and white grapes ride this New World-style Pale Ales bubbly leanness into a delicately grassy bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the misty dark blond.
-Drinkability is very high.
-Citrus fruit joins the fun too.
-Bitterness is quite low; these hops mostly focus on aroma and flavor.

Bottle.

33cl bottle from Marks & Spencer, Camberley. A hazy amber pour with a thin white head; tropical fruit aroma; gooseberry bitterness, with a sweet grape juice body; and a clean crisp bitter finish. Good stuff.

330ml bottle. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Lovely aroma with grape and tropical fruits, sweet malt. Taste is grape, tropical fruits, sweet malt, finish is bitter with a slight hint of stale hops while cold, goes away as it warms up. Lively carbonation. Decent
