Our ‘Maori Pale Ale’ came together after months of experimentation with a very unique hop – Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Strong grape flavours are complimented by the sweet Munich malt, makings this beer crisp and refreshing.

Cask conditioned handpump Southampton Arms London 13/05/13. A golden beer with a white head and lace. Noticeable NS hops with a biscuity note. However the expected gooseberry or sauvignon notes just don’t shine and instead it’s just a competent relatively tasty golden ale.

330ml bottle. Pours like a fresh pineapple juice with a fluffy white head. Aroma is orange, apricot, melon and pink grapefruit. Zesty, sharp mouthfeel. Vinous. Some biscuit, caramel sweetness from the malt, but quickly heads into a dry piney bitterness. F'K'N awesome stuff !!

Cask. Pours a gold colour with a tight white head, the aroma is all tropical fruit and hops, the taste is light bitterness with a dry bitter finish.

Frothy white head stayed well on a hazy, light orange coloured body. Spicy, herbal, vegetal, zesty aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated - dry on the back. Bitter/sweet citrus, mango, earthy tastes with a strange finish of root vegetable.
