COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our ‘Maori Pale Ale’ came together after months of experimentation with a very unique hop – Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Strong grape flavours are complimented by the sweet Munich malt, makings this beer crisp and refreshing.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, fruits, and hints of petroleum, leading to a dry finish. A bit on the light side hop-wise for me.

Rake. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Smooth palate, semi dry. Mild carbonation. Really nice Nelson Sauvin! Presenting here as grapey with a trace of gooseberry. Very mild bitterness in the smooth dry finish. Nice! Could do with a touch more carbonation but really good hop flavour for it’s modest abv.

330ml Flasche. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes dunkelgoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr angenehm fruchtig malzig, Zitrone. Geschmack leicht fruchtig malzig, minimal fruchtig bitter, Früchtetee, erfrischend, süffig.
