Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy golden yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of vanilla, honey, earth, some bread into a bit of slight funky, yeasty notes with a touch of tropical fruit, white fruits as well. Taste was a mix of bread, dough, some funk into some dry minerals, some tropical fruit, touch of white fruit, finishing bone dry, slightly sweet.

Growler, a few days old. Cloudy orange yellow with a clingy white head. Nose is mint, musk, mango, pine needles and weed. Creamy and resiny with a bitter bite but finishing crisp and clean like a martini. Taste is lemon basil, candied lemon peel, toffee and watermelon pickle. Great blend, an instant classic.

On tap, pours ultra murky and hazy golden orange with creamy, thick white head. Flavors are minerals, vitamins, lemons, Brett, fresh Amarillo, and all other kinds of dry citrus. Medium to fuller in body. Finish is like a pack of delicious candy and rock minerals. Excellent saison.

Pours a hazy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has fresh lemony citrus with mild spice. Flavor follows suit...clean lemon and rind, lemon grass, and a touch of a coriander note with some mild malty/grainy notes. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is clean and mildly spiced. Refreshing and crushable!

Hazy golden-straw colored body, medium sized white head and soapy lacing. Bright lemon, lemon grass, floral tea, orange zest, and lightly grainy cereals. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation, semi-dry throughout, crisp, refreshing finish. An excellent summer saison.
