Thanks for the growler, Josh. Pours a hazed straw color with a white head. Great lemon aroma, light straw, and some tropical fruits. It’s quite clean on the nose, maybe a little bit of lemonade. The flavor is very citric and lactic. Tart lemon and lemon peel. Wheat bread gives a mild sweetness, and maybe a little bit of tropical.

Growler pouring at RBSG Grand Tasting. Full haze, bright straw pour. Small, acid cut foam. Nose is lemon, lime, apple skins. Taste is full on lactic lemonade- pulpy and very sour. Tartaric sharpness in the finish. Very clean and simple. The real hard lemonade!

On tap at brewpub, pours a hazy light golden color, with medium white head that didn’t last, no lacing. Aromas of melon, wet wood, lemon rinds, and some other funk.Taste is very tart lemons, touch of melon, not much blueberry but def some grape skins and some other dark fruits. Very tart berliner. Medium bodied with dry finish. Not bad. Oh wait u have to add your own syrup. This is much more enjoyable with the blueberry syrup addition, prolly could have used another squirt of that blueberry juice.

Growler courtesy of jcartmdg. Cheers, Jason! Pours a nice purple red color with a big white head. I guess they added syrup to the growler. Nose is a nice amount of tartness with tart, lemon, and prickly citrus and some berry sweetness. Flavor is similar with sweet and tart combined, but I would love to try the base beer.
