COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trapper Pie was brewed with spelt, malted oats, and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop heaps of fresh apple puree, Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, ginger and a nice subtle amount of guajillo & Ancho Chile peppers. Odjazd! Mega szarlotkowo-cynamonowe, świeżutka chmielowość. Kremowe, dość słodkie. Słodki grejpfrut, cudnie owocowe chmiele. Świetne.

April 17, 2017. On tap at Omnipollos Hatt.
Light hazy orange with a smal dense white head. Aroma is sweet, hoppy and fruity with ripe tropical fruits, light hint of sweet apples, vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. Taste is light to medium sweet, smooth bitter. Medium bodied, soft to average carbonation. Finish is light sweet fruity, smooth bitter and soft spices.
The spiciness is quite soft and the vanilla works quite well and smoothens the aroma/taste without making it mawkish.

yellow murk color from a can. Smell is pretty dank and cheese hop forward. Flavor is shaving cream, ginger, cinnamon, peppers, apple, and vanilla bean. Chewy mouth. Not into heavy adjunct IPA’s but will take this over a milkshake any day of the week.
