Peachy, meaty, very dusty, salty profile. Puffy white head, hazy gold body. Nose is huge citrus, dry hay, very developed fruits. Nuanced. Brett too dominant in flavor, peach rind and light rubber phenols through end light carbonation, thin finish. 48FanInCali (851) - California, USA - APR 20, 2014
Growler to TH glass. Pale gold with white head. Very little lacing. Nose of yeast, lemon zest, and wet straw. Taste is somewhat tropical but I am getting lemon as well. Less carbonation than others in this style but that may be the growler. Regardless, I enjoyed this one a lot.

On tap at the brewery. Poured a hazy light yellow color with a foamy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, lemons, and light funk. Taste of lemon citrus, Belgian yeast, citrus skins, and lots of spicy black pepper. keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - APR 14, 2014

Appearance: Very hazy straw colored body, creamy white head.
Aroma: Mildly tart cherry, funky, damp wood, caramel, and sweet honeydew.
Taste: Mildly tart orange Starburst flavor with hints of blueberry and lemon.
Palate: Crisp and highly carbonated.
Overall: Very nicely balanced between tart and funk without either being overbearing. Great intro to sour/funk beers while being interesting as heck!
Sampled at the brewery. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light tartness, lemon and light sour notes, light spices, light fruits, hints of bitterness, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. Pretty cool but the sourness could come through more and stand out more.

On tap at tired hands. Lots of biscuit malts, herbs, yeast, Belgian notes, grapes. Aroma was like horseradish or something else different. Sample tried courtesy of Al. I think this might have been better the first couple days it was on. TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 7, 2014
Growler, a few days old from the source. Hazy brown with scant froth. Nose is banana; sweet then green, slightly sour with honey and herbs. Oily medium body with a sharp buzz. Taste is sour tangerine, lime zest, parsley and yeast. Near perfect for a saison, magical indeed. reggiedunlop (3724) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 6, 2014
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head...Light lacing. Aroma has nice light funk and fruit with hints of tart citrus and mild spice. Flavor follows suit and adds layers of rindiness and grass...just the right amounts of funk, spice and fruit...awesome. Mouthfeel is light/medium and silky with a finish that is dry and rindy/grassy/funky. Great beer. vtafro (7445) - Wayne, New Jersey, USA - APR 5, 2014
Growler. Hazy golden pour with tan head. Funky yeast, tart fruit and spice aromas. Herbal, grassy, floral hop flavors, yeast and funky tones are lighter tones. pilgrimoutlaw (888) - Wayne, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 3, 2014
On tap at brewpub. Pours pale, hazy gold with creamy white head. Bubblegum, tangerine, tropical fruits, floral. Mildly bitter, tart, and sweet. Creamy body with a hint of carbonation. Gets better as it warms up a bit.
