3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Growler @ Crooked Stave ROY-G-BIV Day, shared by Pat. Thanks! Pours a bit hazy, golden yellow appearance with a white head. Quite spicy, dank hoppy, grapefruit, chardonnay aroma. Dry yet fairly tropical fruity, spicy, a bit piney, lightly toasted malty flavor. Seemed just a bit watery, but overall, easy drinking and tasty.
Pour out of growler thanks to GT, hazy golden orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of big New Zealand hops with pineapple, mango, some nice pine, resin into a bit of orange, grapefruity notes with a bit of lemon. Taste was a mix of mango, pineapple, touch of orange, grapefruit, nice lemon, hints of bread, finishing fairly bitter, slightly dry. Delicious. AngelVanDick (21) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 31, 2013

Growler poured a cloudy yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, kind bud, grapefruit and lemon zest. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, lemon zest and light grapefruit with a smooth dry moderatly bitter lingering citrus finish. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Hazy golden body, medium sized white head, soapy lacing. Nose shows grapefruit, mango, pine, and some grass. Flavor is more juicy with bright tropical fruits creeping in as well as a faint vegetal quality. Medium bodied, gentle carbonation, quite dry, and moderate bitterness in the finish. Nice.

Growler filled 5/9, big thanks to Watson1977 for the hookup. Pours hazy yellow with a medium-sized frothy white head, light lacing. Nose is fresh cut grass, lots of lemon, and tropical fruits, jade is particularly noted along with NS--hopwise. Light buttery Chardonnay type Oakiness leads to a lighter body than expected with a light bitterness and smooth faint tropical PhillyCraft (7990) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 14, 2013
Fruit finish. Another interesting pale ale from TH, another unique tale on the style which I love to see. Expanding your mind is part of being free. Know dat. Thanks Kerry!
Draft with joe and al at TH, pours murky gold straw with thich white head. Full lacing rings in the inner glass. Nose is dank NZ hops, lots of nelson and galaxy. Juicy grapefruits and floral citrus flavors and aromas. Only complaint was the mouth was a little thin but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Very nice. mematttoo (4) - USA - MAY 13, 2013 does not count

Pours a cloudy dull yellow color with a finger of fizzy foam. The nose is earthy fresh grass, grapefruit, lemon and orange pith. The palate follows the nose nicely with a juicy round hop forward mouthfeel. Solid beer with lots of melon rind and grassy bitterness on the finish. Pours cloudy thick lemon in color with a white head. The aroma brings that amazing softness of the these hops from that region, with some light lemony and floral notes. The flavor brings a unique tangy lemon profile that is just slightly bitter, but smooth and lingers on the palate softly. The body is carbonated just right coming out of the growler.
