Huge pour from a 2L growler brought by tom10101, thanks again Tommy! This one here had the best aroma of all the beers we had that afternoon: vinous, bretty (leather and tropical notes) and some grassy notes too. Taste wise is it a bit less "sour" than HandFarm (more residual sugars) but it is far from cloying. Appearance was similar to the HandFarm we had a few beers before it, cloudy yellow. I didn’t know much about Tired Hands before this afternoon and I must say that I am impressed so far! Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 24, 2013
Pours blond/golden. Some white head, some lacing. Aroma is of sourness, bretts, funk, wine. Taste is of sourness, fruits, bretts, funk. Palate: Ligth body, but not dry. Overall: Very nice bretts. I li ethis funk. Impressive aroma. Very drinkable. A very interesting beer. PhillyCraft (7218) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 12, 2013
Tap at Tired Hands, Pours light murky straw gold. Aromas are salty sea, beachy yeast, blood orange, and peach citrus. Taste is delicious fruity brett, bitter grapefruit, spicy bread and more earthy tones. Medium body. I love brews that remind me of the shore and you can’t go wrong with galaxy hops. Thanks to Erik for bringing me a growler of this one! Beautiful light, clear lemon drop colored pour. Nose and flavor brings beautiful quenching acidity with an awesome nectar fruit character including apricot and peach, along with tangerine, clementine, and white grapefruit. Extremely crisp and refreshing. So yummy. I want this all summer long. jredmond (8284) - New York, New York, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Draft at tired hands with Linh, pat and Janine. Pours a bright hazy yellow with thin white lacing. aroma is grass, hop and funk. Mouthfeel is medium and crisp with notes of funk, hop and grass. Reminiscient of Stillwater’s Premium - very nice, sessionable Brett-infused brew.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2013 Growler shared by tom10101. thanks a lot! Pours a hazy golden with a small white head with a nice lacing. Aroma is definitely a winner here. Very fruity and brett. Taste has a lot of funk, kind of a vinous taste, lots of herbal notes, pears and peaches, a bit sweet. Good carbonation. Medium drinkability because of the sweetness. Growler thanks to craftycarl21. Pours a clear, light pale golden. Medium white foam with thicker sheets of lacing. Nose is pineapple, fresh peach, tangerine, sweet cream butter, vanilla. Very mild white wine funk. Taste is bitter, fresh grapefruit rind and tangerine juice. Palate is quenching, refreshing. Really nice overall but I wouldn’t call this a sour or wild. More saison. callmemickey (4542) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 19, 2013
Many thanks to Colin and Kerry for holding onto this one for me. Lightly hazy golden body, large frothy white head, nice soapy lacing. Nose is a strong blend of Brett notes. Lemon, wet hay, light must dominate. Flavor is nice and juicy with nice musty notes. Medium to light bodied, clean carbonation, light acidity creeping in. Looking forward to continued development in this solera. tom10101 (6082) - Quebec, CANADA - MAR 24, 2013
Growler (2 L) 10 days old. Huge thanks to phillycraft for this one! Pours clear golden with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is incredibly enticing with tons of brettanomyces, lot of tropical fruits going on there too along with slight grassy notes. Taste is moderately sweet with brettanomyces (less than in the aroma), tropical fruits, slight malt, and moderate to strong herbal finish. Mouthfeel is dry. Medium body. Very good Saison. If it was not of the herbal finish, it would be a beer that I’d love to drink everyday (and a good amount of it!). czar (9059) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 26, 2013
growler thanks to tom10101, many thanks! almost clear pale yellow with a nice white head, good retention and lacing. bretts, citrus, honey, floralness, few grainy notes beneath nice wild profile, herbal-grassy kind of harsh and relatively bland finish. average carbonation, light body. refreshing, balanced and nice, finish aside..
