UPDATED: MAR 1, 2013 Hazy wheat-yellow body. Medium sized frothy white head. Solid lacing. Nose has some pineapple, tropical fruits, and grapefruit complementing some wheat and light must . Flavor is a flat citric character with some wheat and salinity. Medium to light body, lightly salty, a little funky, and some drying bitterness in the finish.

Pours a bright orange gold with a thick white head. Aroma of galaxy hops and caramel malts. Taste is tart, grapefruit/lemon, slightly sweet caramel malts with some tartness. Finishes slightly salty. Really nice beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the brewpub. Poured cloudy gold with white head and lacing. Really creamy and buttery, some tropical fruits from the hops. Probably my least favorite beer I’ve had here but not bad at all.

Tinco (621) - Linköping, SWEDEN - NOV 4, 2012
Pours a straw hazy color with a white head. Aroma is apple, pineapple, bread, yeast, musky, just like a fermenting dough. Taste is sweet, fruity, funky malts, strange doughy yeast character, lemon. Very strange brew but interesting!

Aroma brings buttery malts, soft, sweet and pleasant. Pours beautiful shiny golden but surprisingly mostly opaque with a huge sandy white head. The flavor brings buttery malts as well, so ice on the tongue. The Galaxy hops come in so nicely to balance out the brew then, not take over, creating such a nice marriage of the hops on a gose style. The body is crisp but not overcarbonated. Excellent gose style beer!

Tap at Tired Hands. Hazy, glowing straw with dense buttermilk foam. Huge lacing. Massive fresh hop nose with mega cantaloupe, jackfruit, kiwi, vanilla, sweet cream butter. Really nice. But as it warms the nose devolves to some cidery apple and even celery character. So goes from an 8 to a 6. I’ll give it a 7, though it deserves better. Taste is lactic, spicy, fluffy, lemon meringue, buttermilk biscuit. Taste is bitter and lemon heavy, grassy, sharp. Palate is excellent: quenching, lightly lactic, some lemongrass. Was a big fan.

Experimental gose here. Light and efferveacent mouthfeel. Tartness. Slightly elevated hoppineas.

Growler thanks to Moll. Nose has tropical fruit along with a good dose of wheat. Flavor has nice citrus and tropical fruit notes with background wheat. Light and crisp. Very easy drinking.

UPDATED: OCT 23, 2012 Hazy golden color with a medium sized white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of hay, citrus, tropical fruits, light floral hops, toasted malts. Taste of toast, light toffee malts, melon, some hops, and a dry, almost wild finish.

lightly hazy gold with a nice white head, some nice lacing... lightly funky fruity aroma, big flavor, mild fruits, medium body dry finish, salty... interesting...
