On draft at tired hands. Yellow in color with a nice white head. Light pineapple. Lemon and citrus zest. Well balanced and refreshing.
Pours a lightly hazy pale golden with a large foamy white head that left sticky lacing. Aroma is this wonderful mix of fresh citrus meets citrusy amercian hops with some floral hop notes. Flavor has the same lemony/orange mixed citrus character that the aroma had. Hop bitterness is there but not over the top...nice and dry. Huhzubendah (3753) - Washington DC, USA - DEC 29, 2012
On draft at the Hill Farmstead release today. Served in a Hill Farmstead wine glass.
The beer is golden and fairly hazy with a thick, white head that leaves ample lacing on the glass.
The nose carries scents of lemon, lemon peel, citrus, hops.
Beautiful flavor with a touch of lemon juice noticeable throughout. Fresh hops, lightly floral, a touch of spice.
Light to medium in body. Pleasant bitterness in the finish.
Overall, this was delicious and easy to drink. I definitely recommend this beer.
