16 oz can to snifter. Looks good; a fairly opaque dark brownish black with beige head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of dark malt, chocolate, coffee, and mild bitterness. Tastes like it smells with a fairly bitter medium full-bodied mouthfeel. Good beer.

_angst_ (4560) - Gteborg, SWEDEN - DEC 9, 2015
Draught @ CBC2015. Pours black with a small mocha head that doesnt leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and funky with roasted malts, dark bread, burnt caramel, lemon juice, raisins, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, moist wood, moist hay, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, very tiny sour and malty. Mouthfeel is round, viscous, tiny astringent, tiny boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is sweet, slightly bitter and very tiny sour with roasted malts, caramel, dark bread, dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, moist soil, leather, raisins, barnyard and hints of alcohol. Very cool beer. Expected something sour from the nose but this aint that. Good complex funky imperial stout.
