Pours a hazy yellow/orange honey color with a creamy medium white head...nice thin lacing all the way down the glass. Aroma has lots of tropical fruits...mango, pineapple, citrusy orange, and a touch of rind. Flavor is slightly more rindy with some hoppy and rye spice...very nice hoppy fruit flavors of mango and grapefruit with just a touch of grass. Mouthfeel is light and the finish is dry and grapefruity/rindy. Awesome! jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - JUN 15, 2013
UPDATED: JUN 17, 2013 8oz & then a couple pints on draft at the brewpub with Linh. Pours a deep, hazy golden citrus body with light white lacing. Aroma is another funky citrus knockout, great! Spot on with the simcoe use here. Mouthfeel is juicy, super sessionable - and I mean like ’pounding growlers to your face in a dark room by yourself’ sessionable. Flavors of citrus, funky fruits, light freshly cut grass, and fruit juice. The palate is fluffy and super light and works great with the flavors at hand. Another great offering from Tired Hands, cheers.
