On tap at TH. Pours a cloudy pale orange. White head. Aroma of hay bail with some funky barnyard. Some banana alcohol yeast. Taste is slightly tangy. Really nice clean saison.

Growler share in NYC. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. The aroma is fairly relaxed, some dry white bread, sourdough, lemon zest. Light sweet flavor with baked cereal, bitter hay, lemon pith. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with faint lemony twang, some bitter grains, cereal, straw, dry baked white bread. Pours a straw yellow with a one finger white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus peels, ripe tropical fruits, black pepper, rye, sour fruits, fresh herbs, and some light barnyard funk. Taste is citrus, tropical fruits, black pepper, sourdough bread, spicy rye, and some light barnyard funk. Has a medium body with a creamy mouthfeel and a pretty dry, semi bitter, medium-long finish.
