Our four-grain saison. Brewed with rye, wheat, oats, and malted-barley in homage to the original farmers (not brewers) that originated this style. Suggestions of tropical fruit, citrus rind, and black pepper. (Originally known as FarmHands)

Tap into a snifter showing moderately filtered honey with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows round fruit notes of peaches and apricot completely and harmonious mixed in with a light Belgian yeast note. The palate is full bodied and lightly carbonated. Flavors of peaches and apricot throughout. Lightly tart without any acetic edge and completely dry. Once again, I’m convinced that Tired Hands should be focused on their saisons rather than IPA’s.

On tap at the Fermentaria. It pours a pale yellow/gold color. A little hazy. The aroma is light lemony and grapefruit funk. The flavor is also citrus forward and lightly tart with some lime notes. Dry. Really nice stuff.

Draft at the fridge. Pours golden with a thin white head. Leaves trace lacing in the glass. Nice black pepper and citrus notes on the nose. Has those lovely barnyard notes you'd expect from a good saison. Finished clean. Good example of style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft at Tired Hands Fermentaria. The pour is a clear light golden yellow color with a larger white head that falls down to a thick collar. The aroma is great. Tart and crisp. Lots of lemon zest and citrus. Light spicy rye on the way back. Great tartness. The flavor is also good. There is a tart citrus on the front end that moves through to a light maltiness. There is a bit of barnyard dustiness on the back end. The mouth feel is decently bodied, but undercarbonated. It’s a good combination of tart and funk, with a hint of spice and a lingeringly malty, lightly spicy, and a "zippy" citrusy finish. This is great
