Our four-grain saison. Brewed with rye, wheat, oats, and malted-barley in homage to the original farmers (not brewers) that originated this style. Suggestions of tropical fruit, citrus rind, and black pepper. (Originally known as FarmHands)

Poured a crazy hazy yellow color with aromas of wheat, grass, lemon rinds and some citrus. Flavors are all citrus and hay with some lemon peel and Jay this is crushable and could drink this all day.

Aroma of ’farts’, barnyard, a bit woody, mango, passionfruit with an earthy kick to it. Taste is lots of barnyard funk, very earthy, with a citric acid like fruitiness. This was quite nice.

Draft (Monk’s Cafe). Virtually no head. Body is cloudy light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, corn starch), lightly yeasty (basement), with notes of lemon-lime juice, sour apple. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Another disappointment from a new-to-me brewery. Just a generic sour ale rather than a saison and seems like fruit juice or lemonade has been added. Pretty dopey.
