(Tap sample @ TH Fermentaria, Apr 11/18) Pours a very lightly hazed pale gold with a small white head. Notes of white grape, soft candied lemon/lime, yeast with a little ester profile, soft cereals, a little zest and fruit skin, mineral touches. Light sweet at best, finishing dry and lightly bitter. Lightish body, effervescent carbonation. Very smooth, a bit delicate and mellow, but quite good for balance. Nice. AirForceHops (8403) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - APR 6, 2018

>> Rocky eggshell head, great formation and huge lacing. Brilliant clear gold. Nose is spicy, phenolic, flash of nail polish, fruity yellow melon. Taste is medium bodied, high carbonation, grassy bitterness, apple skins. Decent, but disappointing.
On tap at the brewery. Pours a mostly clear gold with a medium sized white head. Lemon and citrus on the nose, with some peppery yeast notes and a touch of musk. Medium bodied, soft spicy citrus comes through, lemon and musk, dusty citrus. Finishes soft and smooth with a lingering citrus bitterness. Very tasty stuff. Hazy hay gold, pillowy white head lasts. Old school TH bright nose, soapy allspice, light peanut. Juicy front palate has grass, oily hay, dusty mid toasted grain accents, tons of lemon zest throughout. Off notes nose and too full body keep it from as crushable as it could be.
