Pour is hazed with foamy white head. Nose is soapy and grainy, strong citrus hop in back. Taste is less soapy, nice grain bill with a pleasant citrus hop. Moderate bitterness and tang with a light body and gently assertive carb.

fantastic. maybe the most subtle and well-balanced in the series yet. chinook works very well with the house saison yeasts.

hazy gold, lightly effervescent, pillowy white head rests on top, undying. Bright spicy hop nose, soapy and unfortunately sulfuric. Flavor is standard TH single hop aka INSANE. Light, bright, prickly and juicy all at once. 4oz in 4 minutes and the two hour pilgrimage is already justified.

Draft at tired hands with Linh. Pours a light pale golden body with minor white lacing. Aroma is grass, lemon and faint pine. Mouthfeel is thin with notes of grass, lemon, light spice, pine and pepper. Nice.

Hazy straw color. Slight funk and tartness, quite dry, with a nice hop character. Tasty stuff. Would drink again.

Growler, thanks to MrChopin. Poured a clear, yellow color with a wispy white head. Aroma was light bitter and earthy hops. Flavor was bitter hops, sweet notes. Earthy. Okay.

Growler, thanks MrChopin. Medium off-white head atop cloudy apple juice body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some lemon, rye/spicy. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some spicy. Light-medium body, fairly dry finish.

Growler thanks to MrChopin! hazy light gold. Interesting combo of lemon, rye, bready dough, earthy hop. Good and dry.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy pale yellow with bubbly white head and decent lace. Nose of citrus, grass, grain, yeast. Body is a little light. Taste follows the aroma, a little light but my palate may have been destroyed by Slop.

Growler from the source, a few days old. Clear olive yellow with white suds. Nose is basil, grass, toffee and dough. Crisp and clean with a cleansing herbal bite. Taste is lemon zest, toffee, marjoram and pine. Classic in its simplicity.
