On tap at Tired Hands on 12/18/12, served in a tulip. Also enjoyed from a 1L fliptop growler later on the same evening, with similar attributes.

Pour: Hazy, very light yellow body, with a finger and a half of white, soapy head. Head leaves some really great lacing and sticks around for a while.
Smell: Big citrus up front, followed by a very pronounced yeast and white pepper. Some bready/biscuit dough comes through as well.
Taste: Follows the nose with a big lemon pith and grapefruit profile. A light clean tartness. White pepper and spicy farmhouse yeast really shine through the middle of the palate. Slight bitterness and a light, light funk on the finish. Great!
Mouthfeel: Insanely drinkable. Literally could and would all day long. Nice prickly carb, and a certain juiciness hidden in the taste. Finishes nice and dry.
Overall: The best Tired Hands beer I’ve had yet? I think FlavorAroma still takes that prize, but this beer is beautiful. Great job Jean and company!
UPDATED: DEC 23, 2012 Hazy pale gold with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, brett, citrus, grass, toast, and light pine. Taste of citrus, grass, light pine, toasty malts, and a dry finish. RoyalFlushing (326) - Mamaroneck, New York, USA - DEC 26, 2012
Growler courtesy of egajdzis. Pours a wonderful lemon custard with golden hues, a medium foamy white head, and notable lacing. Aroma includes floral notes, orange and lemon zest, yeast funk, and slight spiciness. Taste is incredibly refreshing blend of citrus, earthy/funky yeast, and pepper leading to a smooth crisp finish with perfect amount of carbonation. So incredibly drinkable yet wonderful complex flavors and aromas. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Pours beautiful cloudy lemon with a white head and decent lacing. Aroma brings a sweet and juicy hop presence from the delicate Motueka hops, some orange notes. I love these New Zealand hops!! Flavor brings juicy zesty hops as well, quite unique like the Nelson hops, but a little more potent it seems. There are nice bitter orange flavors as well settling on the tongue. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 15, 2012
Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head...nice retention and great lacing. Aroma is very herbal with a faint hint of rind and spruce...some funk too. Flavor is herbal and rindy with a touch of lemon...brett just slightly peeking through. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a dry herbal/grapefruit finish.

Hazy straw yellow body, dense white head, thin sheet-like lacing. Nose is delightfully aromatic: grapefruit, passion fruit, kiwi and tangerine. Light grassy notes come in as the beer warms. Flavor is similar but adds in some tea-like herbal qualities. Light bodied, a bit thin and overly silky. Muted finish. Could be drier to compliment the beautiful hop profile. jredmond (8518) - New York, New York, USA - DEC 23, 2012
Draft at tired hands with Linh. Pours a hazy yellow golden body with nice white lacing. Aroma is light pine, orange and funky citrus. Mouthfeel is medium and super fresh with notes of citrus fruits, dank herb, pine and light earthy funk. Awesome. johnnnniee (4405) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - DEC 24, 2012
Pours a slightly hazy deep straw color with a smallish off white head that quickly recedes to a cap. Smells of lemon and citrus with bits of pepper and yeasty funk. The flavor is heavy on the citrus with again a bit of pepper and light yeast. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. This is a really nice light flavorful easy drinking saison, I quite enjoyed it. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - JAN 4, 2013
On tap at Tired Hands. Body is very light and is a somewhat-hazy yellow-straw color. Nose has a nice mixture of yeast and tropical and fruity Motueka hops. Flavor is light and crisp with the hops at the front and saison yeast through the finish. Very light and drinkable. MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 13, 2013
transparent gold, solid white cap that wont go. Oily nose, super fresh hop, even stinging metallic, light hints of dough. Much stronger dough flavor throughout, oily front has grass becoming toast and earth mid before lightly sweet finish, peanuts, grass, and oily grapefruit bitterness. The peanut flavor lasts, unfortunately, otherwise a very solid example. Piney finish with warmth.
