Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head... great retention and lacing. Aroma has wonderful grapefruit! Flavor follows suit...grapefruit and bitter rind. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a bitter, dry grapefruit and spice finish that lingers for a good while.
The Craft Beer Company, London, tasted in July 2013, just found tasting notes in suitcase. Pours yellow/gold, grassy nose big floral kick on the palate. Citrus fruits and slight soundness on the finish, what a wonderful saison. lachrymalisis (448) - Washington, USA - JUL 15, 2013
I remember when the beer factory put this out so many days ago! It was very much like grapes fell into the pot of water when they made this home-brewed thing then sold it at the restaurant-store. why not have chicken fingies for kids to eat? They like it fine, so why not? TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 3, 2013

Cloudy golden beer with a strong, fruity aroma. The flavour and aftertaste is hoppy with the fruit more understated. Very crisp and refreshing and the flavour is very nicely balanced between the initial fruity hit and the last hoppiness. thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 13, 2012
(Growler) cloudy yellow, soapy white bubbles. Nose is very tropical, pineapple, funky, sweaty, stone fruit. Taste is lightly bitter, earthy, citrus rind, refreshing, very creamy palate, great. jcartamdg (3539) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2012
Pours a light hazy gold with a thick white head. Aroma of bitter Nelson hops, pepper, slight funky saison yeast. Taste is like an ipa but finishes like a saison. Really nice, I like this one a lot

Pours a hazy straw, hay color with a nice white head. Classic looking saison! Aroma is funky red berries, slightly tart, farmy. Taste is slightly tart, red berries, toasty mals, peppery, grapes, popcorn, wheat, nice fruity. A very well crafted saison! CaptainCougar (7634) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - NOV 3, 2012
Sampled from a fresh growler courtesy of GT2 during Hurricane Sandy: pours a slightly hazy bright golden with an airy clingy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet biscuity malty nose with fresh grassy piny hop notes with a touch of tangerines. Body starts with decent fullness and fine carbonation with a light sweetness and plenty of fresh hop flavor. Dries out before a crisp bittersweet finish. Pretty true to style and very drinkable.
