Golden amber color. White head & lace with solid retention. Wine barrels shine brightly on the palate, supported by a mild to medium level of funkiness. Sourness is in check. Drinkable and delicious.

Grainy floral and slightly funky saison full of bright sharp flavors. Really refreshing and nice without being watery. Quite good. egajdzis (6501) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 13, 2013
Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, wood, spices, citrus, and chamomile. Taste of the same, brett, wood, subtle chamomile, spices, and a dry, lightly wild finish. Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - AUG 13, 2013
Poured at HFS Farmhouse Festival. Light hazy gold color with a finger of white foam. Lots of grainy field notes on the nose with mingling citrus and floral touches. The palate follows with a nice rustic backbone of yeasty grain with a evolving range of tart brett character and round chamomile tea notes. Beautiful refreshing finish !

Growler shared by Adam J, thanks buddy! Hazy gold with a ton of head retention in the snifter. Nose is lightly herbal with Brett and light fruit notes. Flavor is the chamomile upfront with the Brett, oak and yeast in the finish. After sipping I really enjoy that none of the flavors are over-the-top. The flavors are gentle and subtle. Body is light with a lingering herbal and citrus tones. This is a great sipping brew. I really enjoy the brewers take on this! AdamChandler (4977) - Enfield, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Sampled at HFS and opened a 1 Litre growler the day after. Bright orange appearance, sticky lacing with a 2 finger head. Mild brett nose, herbal and spicy with a hint of hibiscus. Sweet and full of orange peels. very spicy / herbal finish. this is very good. Ernesto987 (6050) - Arizona, USA - AUG 11, 2013

32 oz. growler from watson1977. It pours a nice hazy golden color with a white head. The aroma is really nice with tart nectarines, a little bit of oak an chamomile. The flavor has stronger notes of chamomile and not as tart at the aroma would suggest. Oaky notes come out a bit in the finish. A decent amount of orange sweetness. Kind of like a tart, imperial witbier, only better than that sounds. Beerman6686 (6607) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 29, 2013
This one poured a lighter orange color with an off white head. Aroma was light grain, chamomille, oak, and grass. Flavor was similar but more intense, lemon and chamomille, light tartness , oak and grain. Pretty solid saison .
