Aroma of great barnyard brett, bandaid, and herbal tea. Pours hazy amber with a great cilmy head. Gaste is delightful with chamomile up front and oakey brett and juicy peach. No sting whatsoever just juicy funky goodness. A fave. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 14, 2013
Pours a hazy orange honey color with a medium white head...some lacing...bright. Aroma has bretty funk and citrus notes...mild oak and does seem to show some chamomile. Flavor opens up with tangy citrus and funk and then moves toward rindy bitterness and light oak...slight tartness that plays well...almost tangy...hides the 7.6% nicely. Mouthfeel is light/medium and thd finish is tart/funky/oaky...lingers to rindy bitterness. patrickfannon (1242) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2013
On tap at TH with Janine, James, and Linh. Pours turbid raw honey with a fluffy, creamy white head. Aroma of strawberry, raspberry jam, oak, and funky brett. Taste is lemons, oak, and creamy blueberry sourness in the finish. Tart, creamy, rich and beautifully balanced. Fucking excellent.

Sampled at HFS and opened a 1 Litre growler the day after. Bright orange appearance, sticky lacing with a 2 finger head. Mild brett nose, herbal and spicy with a hint of hibiscus. Sweet and full of orange peels. very spicy / herbal finish. this is very good. bottleforager (3208) - Gray, Maine, USA - AUG 13, 2013
Poured at HFS Farmhouse Festival. Light hazy gold color with a finger of white foam. Lots of grainy field notes on the nose with mingling citrus and floral touches. The palate follows with a nice rustic backbone of yeasty grain with a evolving range of tart brett character and round chamomile tea notes. Beautiful refreshing finish !

Hazy golden color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of brett, wood, spices, citrus, and chamomile. Taste of the same, brett, wood, subtle chamomile, spices, and a dry, lightly wild finish. hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 29, 2017
On tap at TJs. Poured a hazy golden color with a small sized head. I'm assuming this is a new batch v. an old one? In any case, this was nice. Funky, citrus, herbalness, and a nice funky light tart finish. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 11, 2013
Hazy straw yellow body, medium white head, spotty lacing. Floral, herbal, juicy citrus, light oak, saison yeast comes through. Medium to light bodied, gentle carbonation, great tannic finish that really gets the tastbuds going. PhillyCraft (7916) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 12, 2013
On tap at Tired Hands, poured hazy golden with creamy thick head, nice lacing. Aroma of tart lemon, oranges, peach and other bright citrus scents, other notes of flowers, yeast, and grapes. Flavor is most of the same. Medium body, light carb. Finishes a little dry with an earthy citrus tea profile. Nice brew. jredmond (8626) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 20, 2013
On draft at tired hands with Linh prior to leaving for vacation. Pours a bright, hazy orange with white lacing. Aroma is a bizarre mixture of fruit - picking up grapes, tangerine and lime. Mouthfeel is soft and super sessionable; the lime and grape really work outrageously well together. Additional notes of wine barrel, light floral flavors, honey and a spicy character.
