At the TH store: pours light gold with quickly dissipating head. Aroma got flowers and a hefty bit of funk with some tree and light fruitiness. Taste is somewhat sour. It is fine and delicate in its presentation and delivery. The aftertaste is fairly minor. The yeast and the wood work wonders together. Quite good.

Body is medium, carbonation moderately high. Certainly feels vinous. A pretty nice barrel aged saison! I need to fetch more of these for the upcoming summer...
