Kind of thin, watery, and a bit bland and flavorless. Had it at a tasting and that seemed to be the consensus. fluffy (2461) - St Petersburg, Florida, USA - JUN 8, 2014
honestly for the all fuss over Tired Hands i dont really get it. guessing some of their other stuff is better-this was kinda watery and bland. joeneugs (6372) - Livermore, California, USA - FEB 28, 2014
32 oz. growler. Thanks again Vin! I always love me some TH. It pours black with a small tan head. Carbonation…yay! The aroma is nice with heavy roasted malt and some noticeable graham cracker and dark chocolate. Very little vanilla. The flavor is sweet and dessert like with lots of cocoa, caramel and some vanilla…more than the aroma. Theres a bit of sweet cola that comes through right before the finish which has a nice combo of roasted malt and solid bitterness. A little coffee like acidity. The body is full and has medium carbonation. The roasted, bitter finish was what I liked most about this beer, but it was a tad sweet for my tastes. Good one. j12601 (13099) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - FEB 27, 2014
On tap at Tired Hands. Pours a deep black with a thin tan head. Smells like dessert, so that’s certainly accurate. Chocolate, marshmallow, a hint of coffee. Just on the thin side of medium-bodied, full of chocolate and cocoa. Roast, a bit of warming alcohol peeks through. Super smooth, malty and full of cocoa. Roasty, smooth, delicious. Finishes up with some lingering bitter cocoa. Very tasty. TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 25, 2014
Growler, a few days old from the source. Dark brown with forced tan froth. Nose is chocolate, caramel, vanilla and graham cracker. The aroma they nailed. Medium body with a tang. Taste is coffee, vanilla, chocolate bubblegum and hay with lingering dark roast. A slight miss but still tasty.

yeah I like it, it tastes good. I was happily misled when smelling all the candy and chocolate smells but tasting the good dryness. I hope beer drinkers are pissed that it isn’t sweet like that good candy beer!

Yeah, I wasn’t a fan of this one. Lightly metallic, hints of cocoa, medium sweetness, didn’t get any vanilla/graham flavor whatsoever. Probably my least favorite TH beer yet. boogychillin (7) - - FEB 22, 2014 does not count
Note to Tired Hands. STOP MAKING STOUTS!
Another misplaced effort. I assume they were going for so something approximating a S’more Money type of beer. Dark chocolate with some cream coming through but absolutely no graham cracker at all. Strange profile with some sharpness and a beer that thins out as it sits. Stick with what you do best - doodles, bacon, and metal jazz. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 20, 2014
Draft at TH. Pours a deep black with medium mocha head. Nose of milk chocolate, coffee, roasted malt. Sweet and chocolate-y, lots of roast flavor with very little astringency, some graham cracker on the finish. Creamy mouthfeel. MrChopin (4305) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - FEB 19, 2014
sepia with puffy cream head, lightly ashy with coffee hints, sugary milk chocolate underneath. Ashy profile up front, strong roast through mid with sticky finishing with LONG graham cracker. Tons of grain and balance throughout. No alcohol, no excess sugar. Fuckin A.
