Pour is unfiltered straw yellow with a tight white head. The nose has an earthy musky yeast, notes of mushroom, lemon, clove. Taste has lots of musky yeast, very dry and gentle carbonation. Lemon and light spiced clove in back. lachrymalisis (441) - Washington, USA - JUN 25, 2013
i too was thorough in my examination of the shirt live chicken beer! it was something which was good to my lips and when I swished and dribbled it down my in-neck it was also good. MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - APR 28, 2013
Pale brilliant lemon, puffy white head. Lightly eggy nose, heavy zest and wheat, light lime and cilantro emerge with warmth and cut egg. Flavor is equally light and balanced, Spritzy and doughy mid before slightly distracting esters emerge finish. GT (10002) - San Diego, California, USA - APR 27, 2013
1L flip top growler thanks to mrchopin. Brilliant glowing neon yellow with light green tint. Medium to larger white foam. Nose is quite awesome, rich chamomile and flowers, fresh honey rolls, hints of plastic, big flowers. Really nice with nothing obvious. Cilantro is not evident nor lime. Taste has mild density, dense fresh dough, honeydew, chamomile, cantaloupe. Excellent. So good. Perfect quenching palate for summer. HighWine (959) - Whalezbro, Illinois, USA - APR 25, 2013
Tap flight at the brewery. Very pale yellow color with a shirt live frothy white head. Aroma is...chicken? Taste is cereal, like leaf, and lemon spritzer. Dry in the mouth. Meh.

On tap at Tired Hands, and later from a growler. I would love to have this as a session beach beer. I described this to my beer friends as "craft Corona" simply because of the light lime flavor. Wish the cilantro would have come through a little more, and tasted a wee bit watered down. Still a solid beer. keanex (1799) - Atco, New Jersey, USA - APR 16, 2013

Appearance: This is so cloudy and thick it is more reminiscent of a golden colored smoothie. The head is creamy and white.
Aroma: Citrus, straw, earthy hints, and a slight sulfur.
Taste: Citrusy with straw, herbal characteristics that leads to a lime finish that accents the overall flavor rather than overpowering it.
Palate: Thick and creamy body with soft carbonation.
Overall: This was my favorite of the night, I came home with a growler of it. I generally hate lime, but it is balanced wonderfully and accents the beer nicely.
Thanks Jean! 1L filled 2 days ago. enjoyed at fridge temp. Pours a very cloudy off-yellow, sticky lacing head. Smells like a cucumber salad with a hint of lime juice. Dry grape skin as well. Taste is nice. Very drinkable, low ABV, sweetness at the finish. The cilantro and lime are not overwhelming. Highly drinkable, very basic and enjoyable. On tap, pours murky yellow with not much foam or lace to note. Aromas of coriander, orange peel, and citrus fruit. Taste is citrus, spice, cilantro, very light lime, and yeast. Light to medium body with lighter carb. Thorpe429 (5035) - , Illinois, USA - APR 10, 2013
On tap at Tired Hands. Pretty heavy on the cilantro with a bit of lime in the finish. Dry wheat. Very light.
