Growler poured at WtWBA Brooklyn 2013. Pours a bright hazy orange body with nice white head. Aroma is yeasty, citrus fruits, light tropical flavors and a nice funky cascade presence. Mouthfeel is medium to light, super refreshing and sessionable with notes of light floral hop, light citrus tones and grassy yeast. Nice. Floral with a bit of spice. Some pepper and fairly wheat heavy. Very dry. Fairly bitter for a saison.

Cloudy straw-yellow body, large white head, and decent lacing. Nose shows a blend of bright citrus, grains, and zesty yeast. Flavor carries through with some additional grassy bitterness. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, refreshing finish with light bitterness. Not overly complex, but spot on in nearly every facet – great beer for a warm spring day. On tap at TH. Pours cloudy straw yellow like a Berliner but nose is crisp and dry, light biscuit and spicy bread notes. Kind of a sticky, soapy head and a quite complex nose of mild lacto/cheese, pepper, grass, and floral hops. Pours a very hazy and very pale yellow with a medium white head...i assume this will clear a bit over the next few days on tap. Aroma is very delicate and has mild funk, citrus rind, and pineapple. Flavor is equally as delicate yet complex with notes of pepper, funk, nice fruitiness, and citrus rind. Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is dry and funky/rindy with a touch of pepper. On tap at Tired Hands. Milky olive yellow with a webby white head. Nose is citrus peel, green peppercorn, lemon, grass and custard; i could go on. Creamy, juicy and resiny with a buzz. Light and refreshing IPA on draft at the brewery. Interesting and very light with doughy maltiness with light hops and spices.
