On tap at Tired Hands. I can't think of a better beer to define this brewery. Creative, balanced, and most importantly, stupid delicious. I still regret not taking a growler of this, but I figured I'd look out for my hophead friends and get the CuzCuz (also delicious). Macegan75 (856) - Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Draft at THBC. Pours a beautiful cloudy straw color with nice small bubble foam that leaves lacing. Nose is amazingly fresh consistent with all their beer, notes of mild citrus, juicy tropical fruits, their house saison yeast shines through as well. first sip is similar with white and pink peppercorns. finish is nice suttle with farmhouse qualities. great beer. reggiedunlop (3726) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 9, 2013
Pours a very hazy and very pale yellow with a medium white head...i assume this will clear a bit over the next few days on tap. Aroma is very delicate and has mild funk, citrus rind, and pineapple. Flavor is equally as delicate yet complex with notes of pepper, funk, nice fruitiness, and citrus rind. Mouthfeel is light/medium and the finish is dry and funky/rindy with a touch of pepper. Very nice! TheEpeeist (3709) - Media, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 13, 2013
On tap at Tired Hands. Milky olive yellow with a webby white head. Nose is citrus peel, green peppercorn, lemon, grass and custard; i could go on. Creamy, juicy and resiny with a buzz. Taste is basil, honey, pineapple, grain and grass. A lovely cornucopia of pastoral flavors with a nod to the rustic. callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 19, 2013
Cloudy straw-yellow body, large white head, and decent lacing. Nose shows a blend of bright citrus, grains, and zesty yeast. Flavor carries through with some additional grassy bitterness. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, refreshing finish with light bitterness. Not overly complex, but spot on in nearly every facet – great beer for a warm spring day.

Had this at Where The Wild Beers Are. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk, light wheat on the nose. Wheat and hints of lemony musk. Crisp, light and yeasty. Lovely, some light grassy notes on the finish. JCB (3999) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JUN 21, 2013
On tap at TH. Pours cloudy straw yellow like a Berliner but nose is crisp and dry, light biscuit and spicy bread notes. Kind of a sticky, soapy head and a quite complex nose of mild lacto/cheese, pepper, grass, and floral hops. Rich mouthfeel and flavors reveal the bready ingredients a bit more, and they blend really nicely with the aforementioned elements, making for a complex but accessible saison. On draft at brewery, a very very clean fresh Saison, delicious, went well with the pickle plate Thorpe429 (5122) - , Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2013
Floral with a bit of spice. Some pepper and fairly wheat heavy. Very dry. Fairly bitter for a saison.
