Bottle at Max & Jess’s for an impromptu barbecue thing when I was down for Comic Con.. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Crisp citrus and a bit of musk on the nose, lemongrass. Medium bodied, musky, citrus, a touch of yeast. Long musk and yeast into the finish, long and sweet, delicious.

A bit of an oddball. There’s something really great going on with the juicy cantaloupe up front but...yeah, too earthy or something.

Hazy good, frothy white head drops quick. Melon rind and banana nose, moderately Belgian esters with thick yeasty sweetness. Cantaloupe hits hard in front palate, plenty of rind, cucumber-esque, fizzy coin oil mid palate with light grass, pine. Very herbal, dry end.

LSAT Freedom Trip #175. Keg at the Brew Cafe. Hazy pale golden, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of doughy malt, cantaloupe, spice, herbal notes, dry citrus, mild hay. The taste is dry cantaloupe, citrus, spice, pale malt. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very dry.

Pours almost clear light orange with a one finger white head with pretty nice lacing. Aroma is of lemon zest, cantaloupe, sour fruits, grainy malts, and some light funkiness. Taste is petty similar to the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi sour, long finish. Overall, a tasty and interesting saison.

Draft at the brew cafe with Linh. Pours a clear golden with thin white soapy lace. Mouthfeel is thin and dry with notes of bitter yeast, cantaloupe, additional melon character, spice and soft alcohol.

On tap at OG, pours hazy golden with small to medium head. Twang and plastic adhesive notes up front along with some orange or grapefruit citrus. Weird tartness left in the mouth. Mellowed out a touch as it warmed but wasn’t for me.

Lightly hazy golden body, thin white head, and spotty lacing. Initial aromas of diapery-canalope-funk, which dies off for more cleaner melon, grapefruit, and other citrus. Medium bodied, mild acidity, moderate carbonation, rounded finish with decent minerality.

Draft. Golden pour with white head. Fruit, yeast, oak, and some light tired hands funked aromas. Grapefruit, full melon, fruit, spice, and yeast Flavors.
