Draft at THBC. Pours a hazy beige with some head. Nose is cheese, yeasty aldehydes, and pale malt. First sip is similar with a mild farmhouse finish.

Cloudy pour. Dark and cloudy. Wheat, citrus, lemon, floral, some spice and dank. Really smooth and the perfect amount of fructose.

750ml bottle pours a murky orange/amber with some fizzy, clumpy white head. Nose has spice and dried fruits, more dried strawberry and goji than raisin and prune, some apple cider vinegar, hints of wet wood, muddled spice. Flavor is bright with acid, vinegar but also white berry, quite a bit of lemon pith here too, some blood orange, again a weird raspberry/goji team. Finishes dry and tart.

15 (?) Bottle from jtclockwork-thanks, James! Had on Christmas day 2016. Light copper. Nose is light funk, lemon, brett character. Taste is slightly sour, with flavors of tropical fruit, lemon, light horse blanket/leather. This is tremendously balanced and really enjoyable.

Fermenteria, tap: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and sugar. Taste is a light fruity sourness. Kind of sweet. Thickish body. Saisony aftertaste.

Lukaduke (3168) - Gray, Maine, USA - JUL 17, 2016
Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a trace of gaseous bubbles rising to the surface. Lots of tropical mango, pineapple and spice on the nose. Palate follows with some juicy tropical notes, backed by pink lady apple, cinnamon and some barnyard and basement funk that lingers. The body is a bit flabby and undercarbonated though and that detracts from the overall drinkability.

[ bottle ][ 1.5oz ][ @Tasting ][ $? ][ schnapps snifter ][ 03.05.15 ]
hazy gold, glowing and effervescent, full dense white head. Key-lime pie nose, juicy with light metal/coin and saddle. High acid flavor is is more basic and sweet, less ethereal. Creamy body belies peach and lemon, bitingly sour by comparison to nose, effervescence accenting this. Prefer the softness and integration of the nose.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small frothy white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is yeast, honey, spice. Thin mouth, tart, honey, yeast, spice, light finish, very good.
