Shared at Corbet’s house on September 11. 750 mL bottle. The pour is a nice hazy golden orange with a thick white head and a good bit of lacing as it falls down. The aroma is pretty good. There is a strong lemongrass and tart citrus that pops through up front. There is a light spiciness and a hint of some yeast as it opens up. There is a light earthy and strange hop that finishes it off, but I like it. The flavor is much of the same. The lemongrass is pretty dominant, and I like it. The citrus and a light fruitiness poke through and the yeastiness really balances out in the end. There is an earthiness about it that I like. The mouth feel is medium bodied and a little sharply carbonated with a lingeringly grassy and spicy finish. It’s pretty good. 7 8 4 8 15
