500ml bottle. Golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, biscuit, citrusy hop. Taste is malt, caramel, toffee, with some mellow orange citrus hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - OCT 31, 2015
Cask (backlog). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus fruits, mild nectar, wood and a bit bready and sweet malts to it as well. Flavour is fruity, floral, caramelly with some mild toffee and some sweet bready notes. BlackHaddock (7346) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAR 25, 2015
500ml bottle: BBE 08/2015. Poured into a UK pint sleeve at home during 03/2015. Pale amber/golden body with a thin white topping. Nose and taste both leaning towards a caramel/toffee flavour, the hops arriving later in the taste to give a mild bitter finish. Decent enough blend, but lacked a real bite or depth of flavour. allmyvinyl (10629) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - FEB 3, 2015

Cask at The Kirkstone Pass Inn, Cumbria. Amber and watery but with a slight toffee maltness. Tastes a bit like those Quality Street chocolate toffee stick things. Ok. downender (8660) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUN 12, 2013

wasn’t expecting much from this after reading the bottle, but turned out to be a pleasant refreshing light bitter, much like a golden ale, smooth and very drinkable ManVsBeer (10485) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 17, 2013
Golden with a creamy head. Has a strawberry aroma and a crisp light sugar fruit taste. worldbeertaste (1805) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 13, 2012
Full golden colour with a light white head. Sweet fruity apple nose with a light citrus. Medium thin body. Crisp malt toffee, with a poor sweetness in the middle and a dry hop bitter finish. Fairly boring golden ale.
