Steerage passengers paid the least to travel aboard the Titanic but still found themselves surrounded by luxury they could never have dreamed of. This beer embodies the opulence that using only the finest ingredients brings, sit back relax and enjoy the trip that this refreshing clean drinking, hoppy golden bitter brings, then let the fruit, malt and predominantly hops carry through to the aftertaste.

Cask at the Crown Beeston. Aroma of toffee malt. Pours golden brown with white lace top. Taste is medium to light sweet and then light to medium strong bitter. Palate is light body, oily, slick feel, flat, bitter finish. Not impressed.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2017 On tap at the Moon & Bell Loughborough. Cool and refreshing but very bitter. A sipping beer rather than quaffing

Cask @ White Hart, Todmorden. Golden with a creamy head. Smooth tasting golden ale with a hint of berry fruit in both its aroma and taste.

3.2
The_Osprey (8442) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 6, 2017
Cask handpull at The Crosse Keys London as Titanic Steerage. Golden orange, still, clear, foamy off white head. Aroma is papery, light sulphur, crackers. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is cracker malts, white bread, papery floral bitterness. Quite simple but well made and balanced. I guess it has a low score for being ’just another boring golden ale’ but there’s nowt wrong with it. (5-4-6-4-13=3.2)

Cask. Portland House, Sheffield. Pale gold. Soft haze. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Grassy, lemon pip hop. Sweet grain. A tad sugary and worty. Taste is grassy bitter. More grain. Decent body for the ABV. Grassy bitterness on the finish. Ok. A bit worty.
