Cask by handpump at Hengler’s Circus, Glasgow - cloudy golden, thin creamy off-white head, yeasty aroma, excellent lacing, this is more like a wheat beer than a golden ale, moderately bitter aftertaste, will revisit this one

SarkyNorthener (4722) - West Bromwich (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JUL 22, 2013

Cask @ Monks Retreat. Clear pale gold. Cold, moderately hopped bitterness, refreshing. Nothing startling, but very welcome in the hot weather.

The_Bish (1123) - West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 24, 2013
No doubt whatsoever that sometimes the mood fits. This average beer is just right for now. Creamy white head and a smooth swallow with a skim of hops. Refreshing and not that tasty.

Bottle from Tesco’s. Poured a clear amber with a long living frothy white head and broken lace. The aroma is malty and buttery, leading to a medium bitter flavour with a nice hoppy bitter palate with some smooth caramel notes. A very refreshing beer, particularly in the summer time.
