Pale hazy orange, large frothy head. Sweet fruity and pungently hopped aroma - definitely new world hops. Refreshing palate. Simple malty body, and fairly agressive, but well balanced hops. Finish is milky malts and resiny hops. Aroma too pungent, but otherwise a very tasty beer.
Rerate: 500ml bottle - thanks Marduk (5:3:4:2:8=2.4)

Cask (handpump) @ Regent Bar, 2 Montrose Ter, Edinburgh EH7 5DL, Scotland.
Light unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy shell bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090409]

Half pint served at the right drinking temperature from well-kept cask at The White Star, Stoke on Trent. Slightly hazy, golden body with a skinny strip of white foam that left great lacing on the glass. Sweet smell of dry fruity hops. Fusion of citrus hops in flavour with herbal and spicy undertones. Rounded bitter finish. A bit too smooth on the swallow, perhaps (02.05.2009).

Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours muddy, pale, yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Soft sweet aroma, light doughy maltiness. Fair hoppiness. Fine mouthfeel, low carbonation, lightly creamy. Flavour is balanced with good maltiness and fine grassy and flowery hops. Rather long, dry and sweet finish.

Quite impressed by the colour of this. Lovely pale yellow tha pours nicely. Nose is floral with hint of sherbert. Flavour is floral with a mildly nutty palette. Pleasantly surprised

Handpulled cask at JDW Stanmore. Golden with a creamy white head. Citrus aroma. Citrus and hoppy flavours with a nice dry hoppy finish. Smooth and drinkable, with a creamy mouthfeel. Delicious.

Appearance: golden color. Medium and lasting head of white color. Aroma: a strange and unpleasant smell similar to potatoes. In the background a sweet wheat touch and slight hoppy aroma. Flavor: sweet pale malty start. Progress of starch and vegetables like potatoes, some unpleasant and maybe from a yeast problem. Dry-hoopy final. Palate: medium body with smooth texture and light to medium carbonation. Remark: problems in the aroma and taste for a unpleasant vegetable note. Only stands out the dry hoppiness.

berkshirejohn (6532) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2008
UPDATED: AUG 14, 2008 500ml bottle from Tescos - not bottle conditioned. Pale gold with a loose white head; citrus aroma; creamy orange and grapefruit flavours; dry, earthy hop finish.

Cask at the Flowerpot, Derby. Not as obviously citrus as the bottled version, this had a more balanced fruitiness.
