Light unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy shell bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. 
CBF07 sample from bottle. Pours yellow, almost golden. Aroma is malty and decent hoppy, some grass. Flavour is malty and decent hoppy into the dry finish. Nice hoppy beer in a good balance with the malt. Ungstrup (37309) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2004

, Helsinki. Yellowish golden colour with mediumsized fluffy head. Aroma is sweet fruits along with some wood and nectary notes. Slight grassyness also lurking. Flavour is bready and caramel malts along with some pleasant fruity and flowery hops. Slightly grassy and earthy notes in the aftertaste.

The bottled version appears less flavourful, and lacks the freshness and sparkling mouthfeel of the cask version. This rating is for the cask version.
