Had a sample as part of the epic 14-beer sample flight at the brewpub. Simple, malty, refreshing, a little on the sweet side. BDR (2534) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - AUG 24, 2007
clean gold color with minimal white head. Lemony nose with a similar lemon flavor in a distinctly kolsh body. Somehow the lemon in here doesn’t remind me so much of the fruit but of Earl Grey White-tip tea. notalush (5866) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JUN 23, 2008
Man, I must have had a good batch of this or something - clear golden beer with a large, soapy head - inviting aroma of peppery hops, herbal character, and a soft, underlying sweetness - really well-balanced and refreshing, starting with a moderate honey sweetness, followed by a drying floral flavor, and ending with crisp, grassy hops - a great beer with food - one of my favorites here. gws57 (1276) - Saint Charles, Illinois, USA - MAR 10, 2009
Had this one on draught as part of WinTour 3 at the brewpub in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Clear, golden yellow pour with a clean malty nose, balanced sweetness and fruitiness into a smooth and soft finish. For the style, this beer was actually very good. Very nice, interesting kolsch. Light and smooth yet flavorful. Very well done.

A pint at the brewpub bar showing a clear, light golden color, a frothy/moussy, white head, and wavey cling to the lacing. The nose was lightly fruity, with a little spicy hop. The flavor was light grain, a touch of honey-like sweetness, soft malt, with a light lagerish taste. A light to medium body with soft carbonation. Basic but sessionable. Cold, clear pale yellow and transparent in appearance. Aroma is lightly brad-laden, crisp lemons and overall refreshing. Much more flavorful and vivacious on the palate than expected. Crisp pils malt and nearly sugared sourdough bread, with a musky nature yet clean. Yeasty finish. Very well done for the pale lager style. erin1205 (9) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 24, 2012 does not count
Pretty standard-golden color, clear and crisp. Nothing special in the way of taste. Drinkable though! Zinister (1423) - Houston, Texas, USA - DEC 21, 2010
Golden, malty and clean lager with soft hop flavors. Golden pour with white head. RobertDale (6388) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - JUL 30, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Comes a clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, and grain. Taste is malt, grain, fruit, and a touch of hops. Refreshing.
