Another from Skyview. Thanks Bob. Sweet and dry, with wildflowers and prairie grass. Gold color. Long lasting white head on top. Some unprocessed grain. A little sweet. There is complexity and the flavors are good, but it could be more full bodied. Petrucci914 (921) - Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 11, 2008
Pours a cloudy golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is yeast, orange peel, citrus, and bubblegum. Taste is about the same. A well-balanced Saison, and good example of the style. Although, I always prefer my funky monkey sour ones! badgerben (5327) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - SEP 9, 2008
Growler courtesy of Skyview. Cloudy gold color with a large head. Aroma of wheat, grain, herbs and a bit of bubblegum. Flavor is full of grass and hay. Lightly herbal. Dry malt finish. Guerde (1297) - Leuven, BELGIUM - SEP 6, 2008
(growler thanks Skyview!) Pours gold with a white head. Aromas of apple, bready yeast, coriander and light orange peel. The taste is lightly tart with apple skin, a lot of yeast, and some light coriander on the finish. The mouthfeel is medium. This is a well made saison. On tap at Titletown. Poured clear brighter golden with a medium cap of well-retained white head. The aroma was spicy and quite delightful with white pepper, cloves, and zesty lighter fruits over just the pale malt base they needed.. near-perfect balance on the nose. The flavor was a bit sharper than the nose, but it was still well done.. semi-dry pale malts and a hint of honey at the core surrounded by black pepper and a solid array of other spices.. apricot skins and other light fruits were present as well. Medium-bodied on the palate, spicy, and engaging throughout.. moderate carbonation.. long, memorable finish. I could drink this all day!

On draught at the brewpub in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a semi-clear golden pale brew with a lumpy white head that has some nice retention and sticky lacing. Aroma of banana esters, yeast, cloves, a touch of bubble gum, wheat malt and a touch of dry herbs. Taste is medium bodied, lightly carbonated with fruity flavors of pears, bananas, a touch of yeast funk and citrus. Finish has a semi-dry multi-grain and citrus aftertaste that lingers after the finish. phishpond417 (2088) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 3, 2008
Now known as the "Jackhammer" because of all the confusion between the construction and destruction ales- tastey brew all around. Pours a cloudy bright golden colour with a fairly large creamy white head. Soft mouthfeel, creamy, definately noticeable spice on the palate. Citrusy, lemon, coriander seed, orange peel and grapefruit aromas. Flavors are citrusy, spice, little bit of bubblegum and a smooth lightly hopped finish. On tap at Titletown. Pours a light copper color with medium off white head that fades quickly. Aroma is Belgian spice, light wheat, mild yeast notes with mild ripe fruit. Taste is candied sugar, Belgian spice, slight funky yeast, and again mild notes of ripe fruit. Carbonation is moderate and alcohol, for the most part is well hidden. Notes of wheat show up in the finish. Overall, this is a decent Saison, but I need more yeast funk to enjoy this, because as it stands it seems like the same Belgian’s I’ve tasted at Titletown.
