Aroma is caramel malts, mild fruit and a small hint of tobacco. The flavor is caramel malts, vanilla/cream, fruit/berries and a medium sweet/tart finish. AWISLguy (3016) - Wisconsin, USA - SEP 11, 2016
Bottle from BrookFalls Discount, off their singles rack. Cellared 6 months - hey, it’s ipa & pale time in the summer. Reddish amber pour, white head. Aroma has raw thick and strong sweet malts. Toffee mostly. Taste is strong sweet malts led by toffee. Thick and sweet. Medium to full bodied. Some alcohol. The blend is solid. Finishes sweet and chewy. Tasty for style. 13.4

Not bad. Flavor’s for the most part really good with a slight toffee roastiness, but also a bit medicinal in the finish. Fairly decent drop though. I’ll have more. twindadplus2 (709) - Wisconsin, USA - MAY 17, 2016
Dark ruby red color with a small but firm light tan head. Roasted malt and chocolate caramel aroma. Dark roasted malt and light floral hops flavor with a dark toasty and lightly sweet finish. Smooth and medium bodied with light carbonation. This is a very simple and easy drinking beer and it works. I’d definitely take more. CloakedDagger (2440) - - MAY 17, 2016
Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a deep, clear red with a dissipating off-white head. Nose is a little dusty caramel. Medium body, luckily not overly sweet, way more to the dry side. Dry finish. No hop emphasis really. 170516

On draft from the brewery. Carmel roasted malts that goes down fairly smooth. Its okay but could have been better. BrewHaMeister (456) - Wisconsin, USA - NOV 6, 2015
Tap poured red copper with a medium head and nice lacing. Aromas of malt, caramel, and floral hints. Slightly sweet flavor. Aggiebob (1097) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - AUG 9, 2015
Draft. Poured an amber color with a thin head. Floral and slightly fruit (cherry?) nose. Some caramel in the lightly sweet finish. Carlisle (731) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 29, 2015
Bottle. Ruby-brown color with light tan head and substantial lacing. Malt aroma with cherry and floral notes. Malt with very subtle chocolate and cherry notes upfront with bitter, candy-like (reminiscent of cough syrup) finish. Mouthfeel not quite as substantial as one might expect with this style.

On tap at Backyard Grille in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Very smooth, sweet at first, almost cherry nougat, nut not overkill...more bitter as it warms. Very nice amber!
