Nice design of bottle. Smell: forest honey. Waiting for lacto acid in taste but bitterness comes with smokey notes at plate. Probably caused by barels aging.

Bottle at THT March edition. Looks nothing like the glass in the picture, I got more of a hazy amber pour with white head. Aroma is citrusy, nice hoppy aromas, orange zest, light winey notes. Taste is tart, zesty, nice citrusy flavor, not too sweet. Belgian profile is rather subdued. Palate is med body, with low carbonation. Nice.

Pours cloudy dark amber with low white head. Aroma of grapes, light bretta, herbs, light cherry, wine barrels. Taste is medium hoppy bitter, light sour with somewhat sweet backbone. Body is light to medium and smooth with soft carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle, from vending machine at the To Øl stand @ CBC 2014. :-) Pours a hazy orange-hued light brown body with a large rocky off-white head. Nose is mild toffee, candi sugar, wood, farmhouse yeast, mild banana and hints of bread and straw. Taste is caramel, burnt sugar, banana, Belgian "white bubble gum" estery tones, bitter herbs, mild red wine, wood and hints of farmhouse yeast, resin and red berries. Full body, medium to high carbonation. Nice BSA with a distinct barrel touch from To Øl.

12oz pour at BierCab in Barcelona. Pours a hazy ruby amber with some lacing, sudsy white head. Nose is interesting, maple sap, wood pulp, sugary, raisin, tamarind. Flavor is more balanced, tamarind, maple, some red grape, some saw dust, malt, a little bread, some candy, a little dried apple. Sweet finish. Very interesting.

Bottle at home . Pours rather dark and clear amber . OK white head.
Smell is sweet / bitter / metallic / yeast fruityness .
Taste is bitter , buttery metallic in the back . Some grains, some sweetnes / fruitynes from the yeast . Surprisingly complex . There is a tiny character of buttersotch-ish taste ( perhaps the wine ??? ) that I do not like , but its so blended in , that as a whole, I can appreciate this beer . Not getting a lot of oak . I Can agree on the back text saying its a funky hybrid of styles . Sure as hell a nice thing to have made, yet it makes you question the market possibilities - appart from tickers that is ...
