Amber color, opaque, with generous compact head. The aroma is mild, it has true Belgian yeast spiciness, and some oak, cork. Lean body, not sweet, too alcoholic, with traces of liquorice and wood, but no malt depth or yeast character; the final is moderately boozy.
Mediocre and overpriced beer.
Bottle - Light stone fruit, oak and some buttery notes. Cloudy gold with a decent beige head. Soft and light buttered bread and oak.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orangey brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out oaky notes upfront, with Belgian yeast, earthy notes, and toasted bread. Flavour is quite big, with Belgian yeast, phenols, oak and fruity esters. Quite hot and messy, with a yeasty, boozy finish. Underwhelming for To Øl. It’s okay, but difficult to drink.
