Bottled, from Systembolaget. Pitch black with mid sized beige head. Caramelly nose with some coffee and citrus. Sweet with full body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Saccharine dominates, some caramel and coffee. Inky finish with more saccharine. Lifeless and unbalanced.

Opaque dark brown beer with a big tan head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft. Mild fine carbonation. Sweetish dark malt with mellow coffee and a little dark chocolate. Sweetish pine with light tropical fruits. Sweet dark malt cream comes through and contrasts with the coffee becoming more bitter. Very smooth and tasty and super drinkable.

Sampled at the London Craft Beer Festival 2013. Pours deep brown with a foamy tan head. Great stuff. Ballsy coffee character, some alcohol bite. Good dark chocolate notes, a bit of dark fruit. Full bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Moderately warming to finish, some earthy bitterness, rich coffee, more dark chocolate. Superb.
