The next beer in the To l hop adventure is now a reality we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one

Cloudy orange appearance with a small layer of head. Complex tastes of hops, toast, coffee, spruce and some chocolate and a small hint of alcohol. Quite full bodied, really smooth and great carbonation, and a lasting aftertaste of hops, some orange peel and spruce. One of the greats

Draft @ Arenas in Milford, DE. Poured golden, hazy, with a small white head and nic lacing. Aroma is hoppy, some citrus fruit and lots of malts and caramel notes. Quite milder than your usual American DIPA, but at the same time very well balanced, interesting combination of malts and hops. Very good beer.

Backlog rating. Bottle from Etre. It pours a rich golden color with medium off-white head. Aroma is rich bold sweet hops, with notes of caramel, mango and other topical fruits. Taste has more sweet caramel, resin, pine cones, and mango. Medium to full bodied with good carbonation. Overall, bold and sweet

Wunderbar klassich-sffiges Imperial mit einem ordentlichen Bumms. Daneben fruchtig, frisch, hopfig, prickelnd, etwas sffig. Eine Badewanne voll htte ich haben wollen.

Bottle brought at Rudat in Dortmund. Pours cloudy orange with stable white head. Intense nose of citric fruit and yeast good and balanced. Nor for the taste very very bitter and oily, sticky mouthfeel taste of resin and pine bitterness is somhow annoying after all. Piny adtertaste... But uneasy to drink
