COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The next beer in the To Øl hop adventure is now a reality – we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one

Pours a lasting white frothy head atop a cloudy orange peach body. Nose of pine sol and soap. Very deep in citrus flavours: Seville Orange, Mandarin and passion fruit tossed in. Very very yummy.

Corpo leve/médio abaixo do esperado, carbonatação leve.

Bottle from Vinmonopolet’s BU. Amber body. Quite big, frothy, white head. Malt, caramel and some citrus nose. Peach, orange, some lemon and citrus flavour. Some spice and flowers. Hint of herbs. Malt. Fruity. Bitter. Medium body and carbonaton. Refreshing. Very good!

Echon (564) - Århus, DENMARK - SEP 6, 2015
Tap at Fairbar. Hazy amber body. Hoppy aroma which is nowhere near what I would expect from an IIPA. Fortunately the taste is far better, being both rather sweet and bitter. Lots of malt and hops here. Medium body. Bitter finish. Dangerously close to great.

Bottle at 2112. Hazy copper orange with white head. Fruity hop aroma - citrus, mango, pineapple. Sweet, but light malt character with lots of tropical hops. Quite easy to drink and well hidden alcohol.

Clear golden colour. Lots of tropical fruits in the aroma and also some grass. Fairly fruity and bitter. Earthy, grassy background is disappointing. Thin texture.
