COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The next beer in the To Øl hop adventure is now a reality – we present to you Dangerously Close To Stupid. An Imperial IPA at 9,3 % ABV with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body we have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts. This is resulting in a nice fresh Spring/Summer IIPA that has a Dangerously Close To Stupid drinkability. We have for a long time been wanting to do a pendant to the Final Frontier Double IPA, that has this rich caramel body and we think we nailed it Dangerously Close to Perfect with this one

Pyszne. Butelka do 15.02.2018

ASPETTO: ambrato abbastanza chiaro, schiuma bianca, fine, abbondante e decisamente persistente. Corpo medio, carbonizzazione medio/bassa. Veramente un capolavoro!!!

Club cata Olut. Aroma no intenso a fruta madura o tropical.

Bold gold colour with a dense head. Sticky texture. Bitter and spicy with a tropical finish. Sweet fruit aroma with a slight gasoline element. Dangerously close, indeed.

Hazed copper color with a substantial white head. Moderately dank piney, lightly tropical hop aroma. Medium bodied with an excellent melony piney hop dominance smooth yet intense with a moderate malt backbone.

glennmastrange (2881) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - NOV 29, 2016
Bottle. Moderate to heavy roasted and caramel for the malt, moderate orange peel and perfume for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with over ripe prach, light dried fruits and alcohol in the background. Head is average to large, frothy, off-white, with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is muddy medium amber with lots of suspended little bits. Flavor starts moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes moderately sweet, lightly acidic and a lengthy bitterness. Palate is medium to full, between creamy and syrupy, with a soft to lively carbonation and a moderately alcoholic finish. Damn good "Industrial" type DIPA.
