UPDATED: MAY 8, 2015 Bottle. Appears hazy blonde/amber. Aroma of tropical fruit, tastes like citrus that soon evolves into a strong (but not too strong) bitter hoppiness. The perfect balance achieved by To Øl makes this beer almost perfect. Bravo. mmyohane (108) - Helsinki, FINLAND - NOV 7, 2015
Aroma has floral notes, tropical fruits and cereal. Pours hazy golden with a small head that leaves beautiful lacing, Taste has heavy sweetness and medium bitterness. Resin and caramel. Very nice balance. Full bodied with average carbonation. Overall an excellent beer. Demens (477) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JUN 1, 2016
0,33l bottle. Very hazy orange colour with long lasting creamy white head. Aroma: Citrus, fig, honey, grass. Taste: Very sweet, very citrusy start, then a pleasent medium bitter motuhfeel. Sweet and bitter fighting in my mouth. Perfectly balanced. Very soft and smooth texture. Medium/huge body with soft carbonation. Long bitter/sweet finish. Excellent. tolo1984 (5) - - JUL 21, 2016 does not count

Aroma is honey and flowers. Taste us wonderfully balanced between the hoppy and sweet. Long taste with a warm palate. drpimento (3731) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 13, 2015
Excellent iipa super easy drinking, not too bitter. Palate is perfect. The head on the beer lasted after the glass was empty. MetalNHopHead (2125) - Lincoln, Nebraska, USA - NOV 11, 2016
Maybe it’s the fact that this beer’s name resembles another brew I like (Lagunitas Hop Stoopid) but I envisioned Dangerously Close to Stupid as being a hugely aggressive hop bomb. Really, it isn’t like that at all. There’s tons of hops, sure, yet the bitterness is counterbalanced by the cracker-like malt sweetness. Fruity nose with some grass, cannabis, and eucalyptus. Lemon, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, apricot, pine, and nectar flavors. Bright palate with crisp hop resins and a vinous dry finish. This Imperial IPA is a slice of floral, tropical bliss and it’s a goddamn gift to us all.
