COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: The thing about First Frontier is the hops. Easy… This is an IPA “the American way”, no sticky-sweet malt profile, just the real deal potent and aromatic hops. The result is a refreshingly dry, fresh and bitter IPA, heavily dryhopped with the three American hop varieties warrior, simcoe and centennial, dealing a punch of citrus, peach and grapefruit from the deepest of our hearts directly to ya face. Just added a bit of caramel malt; merely to harness and balance the alcohol. ”We all got pieces of crazy in us, some bigger pieces than other”

”We all got pieces of crazy in us, some bigger pieces than other”
Ingredienser: Vand, Malt, Havre, Humle (Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial), gær.

Cloudy amber pour with a thick, frothy, offwhite head. Pleasant aroma of piney, resinous hops and biscuity malt. Very good flavor of resinous, piney hops with biscuity malt, medium dryness and a good bitter finish. The body is medium to full (bigger than what I expect in an IPA), the texture is oily and the carbonation is medium. This is very good.

W nosie średnio/wyraźnie intensywnie, bardzo owocowe, sałatka z tropików ananas, makakuja, mango, mandarynka. Barwa złoto-pomarańczowa, duże zmętnienie, piana średnia o drobnych ziarnach. W smaku wytrawne, mocno garpefruitowe, trawiaste i żywiczne. Kremowa tekstura, goryczka średnia w kierunku wysokiej, grapefruitowa. Dobra, solidnie nachmielona IPA. Butelka do 29.03.2018

From tap, at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, with limited white head. Aroma is strongly citrus, grapefruit in particular. Some resinous as well. Body is medium-light. Taste is definitely bitter, with limited malt support. Finish is dry enough, although some residual bitterness is left in the mouth for quite some time.

Bottle. Teku. Orange/lightly amber, medium hazy with average, white, thick and frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Moderate and solid citrus (grapefruit), tropical fruits aroma (mango) and peachy aroma, lightly grassy and mineral notes. Moderate malty backbone - mainly pale malts, lightly toasted, pretty stable, nicely balanced by moderate hoppy bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, finish is semi-dry and grapefruit, quite long. In overall nice, pure IPA without any experimental moves, moderately drinkable with potent hops used.
