COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: The thing about First Frontier is the hops. Easy This is an IPA the American way, no sticky-sweet malt profile, just the real deal potent and aromatic hops. The result is a refreshingly dry, fresh and bitter IPA, heavily dryhopped with the three American hop varieties warrior, simcoe and centennial, dealing a punch of citrus, peach and grapefruit from the deepest of our hearts directly to ya face. Just added a bit of caramel malt; merely to harness and balance the alcohol. We all got pieces of crazy in us, some bigger pieces than other

We all got pieces of crazy in us, some bigger pieces than other
Ingredienser: Vand, Malt, Havre, Humle (Warrior, Simcoe, Centennial), gr.

Purely American by way of Denmark, this is west coast IPA all the way. The hops are luscious and juicy in here. Notes of peach, grapefruit and orange rule, backended with some lightly sweet caramel malt. The flavors meld well here, but the malt fades quickly leaving a drastically bitter lingering finish. Would stand up to a nice fatty earthy cheese.

Light sweetness with considerable hoppy bitterness. Nice and dry. Not particularly creative, but perhaps a great example of what the style ought to look like.

Can. Hazy yellow, a few bubbles, frothy head. Light, sweet lemon aroma. Taste is dry, hoppy citrus up front. Tropical fruit that goes from dry to a bit more mellow and sweet, though its still quite dry and bitter in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours light hazy honey with huge white foamy head. Aroma is grapefruit, malt, iron, earl grey tea, rye bread and hints of sweet licorice. Taste is light sweet, medium to very bitter and faint acidic. Body is light oily with sparkling carbonation. Finish is long and very bitter with notes that follow the nose plus white sugar, lemon and hints of milk.

Bottle. Unclear orange beer with average white head, decent lacing. Aroma of citrus - orange and pine needles. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter, fruity (peach, orange), piney, with notes of caramel. Long bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation, slick texture. Good, although standard IPA.
