750 ml bottle into chalice; 10651509 code on the cap. Pours slightly hazy orange/amber color with 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, apricot, peach, pear, green apple, white grape, red wine, oak, pepper, honey, and bread; with light vanilla, hay, straw, herbal, grass, leathery funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, wine barrel, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, apricot, peach, pear, green apple, white grape, red wine, oak, pepper, honey, and bread; with light vanilla, hay, straw, herbal, grass, leathery funk, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate peppery yeast and tannic wine/oak spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, apricot, peach, pear, green apple, white grape, red wine, oak, pepper, honey, bread, vanilla, hay, leathery funk, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, wine barrel, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from spicy yeast/oak tannins, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/tannic, and slightly acidic balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden; a slight warmth lingering after the finish, with zero barrel booziness. Overall this is a great wine barrel aged Brett Tripel. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, wine barrel, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A bit heaver than I expected for the style, but not overly sweet. Great presence of the wine barrel; with a nice level of funky Brett complexity, and adequate dryness. A very enjoyable offering. Bottle. Pours lightl yellow with a big 3-finger, white, fully-lasting head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma of hay, herbs, grass, hint of clove and caramel. Quite nice. This has a nice aroma. Flavor is a bit fruity with a nice tingle to it. Really goes down well.

330ml bottle from Brew-DOG. Pours hazy amber, frothy white head. Aroma is sweet shop tripel aromatics. Taste is smooth, sweet with lashings of vanilla. Consumed in a field at Fairports Annual Reunion Festival, Cropredy Thursday 11th August 2016 This is a real fruity beast nut it also carries quite a bit of oomph. Bottle at home. Pours hazy harvest orange with a large, fizzy and rocky off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is cellar/dust, moderate funky farmhouse yeast, red wine and oak, cracker malt and earthy hops. Flavor is lightly tart, funky farmhouse yeast, cracker malt, spicy hops and medium bitterness, red wine and oak, black pepper and a sweet finish. Full body and moderate carbonation.
